Planning a vacation is exciting enough—and you don't want to worry about unforeseen circumstances. What if your trip is unexpectedly canceled? Or what if your cat gets sick and can't go to the cattery?

Why?

With Kyaros' cancellation service, you're playing it safe. For just 10% of the total stay price, you can cancel up to one day before the start of your stay and get (almost) the entire amount back. No high subsequent fees, no stress. This way, you stay in control of your booking, even if life takes a different turn.

A small investment for extra peace of mind and flexibility – nice for you and your cat.

Terms and Conditions

You can purchase the cancellation service for 10% of the total stay. This allows you to cancel up to one day before your stay and receive a full refund (excluding the insurance itself and the €25 deposit per cat).

At Kyaros Cattery, we understand that life can take unexpected turns. That's why we offer you the option of purchasing our cancellation service with your reservation. This service allows you to cancel up to one day before the start date of your stay without giving a reason, without having to pay the entire company. Whether it's due to your cat's illness, a personal emergency, an unexpected travel change, or simply a different care solution – with this service, you're not committed to anything. What does it include? If you use the cancellation service, in the event of a complete cancellation before the start of your stay, you will only be charged the cost of this service and a one-time administration fee. The cancellation service only applies if you cancel an entire booking. This means that if you only want to change a few days within an existing booking, the cancellation service does not apply. A rescheduling of a reservation to a completely different date is considered a cancellation. You can make a new reservation and purchase the cancellation service.

Costs and conditions

The cancellation service costs 10% of the total stay price and can be cancelled up to 24 hours after receipt of confirmation of the stay.

You can easily add the cancellation service through the online booking portal. The costs are clearly stated separately on your confirmation and invoice.

  • Cancellation up to 2 months before delivery: administration costs of € 25 per cat,- –

  • Cancellation up to 1 month before delivery: 50% of the price –

  • Cancellation up to 2 weeks before delivery: 75% of the price –

  • Cancellation within 2 weeks before delivery: 100% of the price.
