This service allows you to cancel up to one day before the start date of your stay without giving a reason, without having to pay the entire company. Whether it's due to your cat's illness, a personal emergency, an unexpected travel change, or simply a different care solution – with this service, you're not committed to anything. What does it include? If you use the cancellation service, in the event of a complete cancellation before the start of your stay, you will only be charged the cost of this service and a one-time administration fee. The cancellation service only applies if you cancel an entire booking. This means that if you only want to change a few days within an existing booking, the cancellation service does not apply. A rescheduling of a reservation to a completely different date is considered a cancellation. You can make a new reservation and purchase the cancellation service.
