Requirements

In order to be allowed to stay as a cat in a cat hotel, a number of conditions must be met. These are prescribed by the government or the trade association. If your cat does not meet this requirement and if you would like to use the hotel, please call for options. We cannot and may not accept unannounced deviations from the terms and conditions.

Main conditions

Please consider the following;

When bringing your cat, you must bring the passport/vaccination booklet with the valid vaccinations, it will remain with us during the stay.

Cat flu vaccination - mandatory - minimum 3 weeks and maximum 1 year before the start of the stay.
Cat disease inoculation - mandatory - minimum 3 weeks and maximum 3 years before the start of the stay.
Bordetella - not required - If this is given, must wait at least 6 weeks before visiting a guest house!
The cats must be microchipped and registered.
The cats must be neutered or sterilized. *Is your cat too 'young'? Contact us for the possibilities.*
Your cat should be free of fleas and worms when you bring him in, so deworm and de-flea your cat 1 week before he is taken to the boarding house.

Cancel;

If you unexpectedly cancel, this must be reported to Kyaros as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone.

In the event of a cancellation outside the months of July and August, only an administration fee of € 25 will be charged (the deposit).

When canceling in the summer months (July and August), we adhere to the Dibevo guidelines:

Cancellation up to 2 months before the start of the agreement: administration costs of €25 –
Cancellation up to 1 month before the start of the agreement: 50% of the price –
Cancellation up to 2 weeks before the start of the agreement: 75% of the price –
Cancellation within 2 weeks before the start of the agreement: 100% of the price.
